Martin has been the Managing director of Cal Gavin Ltd since 1980, a company that seeks to provide innovation in the process industry, in order to help provide global progression in project economics and plant performance improvement. As such he brings with him a wealth of knowledge and a career of experience that he shares with the Institution of Chemical Engineering and the engineering community.
