Charlotte is process design engineer in her second year of Galliford Try's graduate programme. She has a passion for sustainability and is driven to make a difference to the water industry.

Charlotte graduated from the University of Nottingham with a MEng in Chemical Engineering with Environmental Engineering in 2025. Throughout her time at university, Charlotte was an active member of the Student's Union. In her final year, she was elected as the Women's Officer for the SU. Since starting work at Galliford Try, she has been a keen STEM ambassador, organising and attending school workshops and INWED career's fairs. In her spare time, Charlotte is also a keen hockey player and coaches the junior girls team. Charlotte is a keen advocate for diversifying engineering, sports, and other fields.
