Isaac is a Process Engineer with Arcadis, based in Manchester and primarily working on water industry projects across the UK. He has experience across the water and mining sectors, supporting the design and delivery of treatment processes and infrastructure projects.

He holds a degree in Chemical Engineering from Imperial College London and previously completed a degree in Petroleum Engineering from London South Bank University, giving him exposure to a broad range of industries and technical disciplines.

Alongside his professional role, Isaac is actively involved in STEM outreach through the I'm an Engineer programme, where he answers questions from young people interested in engineering and science. He is passionate about knowledge sharing, professional development, and connecting engineers from different sectors and backgrounds.

As a committee member of IChemE's National Early Careers Group, Isaac is keen to encourage greater participation in STEM and support the next generation of engineers in tackling the challenges of today and the future.
