The role of the committee is to promote IChemE and support approximately 1,850 members throughout Scotland (with the exception of the North Scotland Members Group, which serves the North-East of Scotland).

We provide support to existing members and the next generation of chemical engineers through a variety of technical, social and professional development events, to include:

• industrial site visits and topical presentations
• provision of mentoring/support towards Chartership
• social events.
