Eleni is a University Teacher at the Department of Chemical & Biological Engineering (CBE) at the University of Sheffield. Her focus is the employability strategy of the department, coordination of the research projects at MSc and MEng level, and monitoring of the progress and welfare of PhD researchers, while also engaging with Engineering Education research.

She holds an MEng in Chemical Engineering from NTUA in Greece, an MSc in Sustainable Engineering from Strathclyde, Glasgow, and a PhD from CBE at the University of Sheffield. Her passion moved from technical chemical engineering to the development of chemical engineers of the future. She has been active in various committees and networks inside and outside universities.
