Eric Tan is experienced in production management in the flavour and fragrances industry, with over 10 years of experience in manufacturing operations and people management.

He is currently the plant manager at DSM-Firmenich Animal Nutrition and Health. Eric graduated from The University of Adelaide, South Australia and Singapore Polytechnic.
