Wei Jian is currently a process technologist at Aster Chemicals and Energy for hydroprocessing and hydrogen manufacturing. Wei Jian is passionate about the energy transition, clean hydrogen and sustainable aviation fuel (SAF).

Wei Jian holds a Master's in Business Administration (MBA) from the National University of Singapore (NUS), and a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Chemical) from the University of Malaya.
