After graduating from the University of Strathclyde as MEng Chemical Engineering in 2016, Dale worked at the speciality chemicals company Johnson Matthey and gained Chartered status in 2021. He currently works implementing Continuous Improvement concepts within Service at the wind turbine manufacturer, Vestas.
