Shoby is an opportunity evaluation manager at Shell, specialising in innovation technology for decarbonising the energy industry.

She holds a Master’s degree in chemical engineering from the University of Manchester and is a Chartered Chemical Engineer.

Shoby volunteers with IChemE to promote inclusivity within the engineering community, enabling the development of sustainable, equitable, and accessible solutions.
