Overview

Complex global challenges require new ways of thinking.

This one-day interactive workshop introduces the NXplorers Pro methodology, an innovative systems-thinking approach developed to help professionals explore complex problems and create sustainable solutions.

Participants will learn how to apply NXthinking tools that are rooted in systems thinking, scenario planning, and theory of change to real-world engineering and sustainability challenges.

What to expect

Through a mix of short briefings, group work, and hands-on exercises, participants will:

  • explore complex challenges using systems and causal-loop thinking
  • develop and test creative solution scenarios
  • learn structured tools to plan and implement change
  • collaborate with peers from across the IChemE community and beyond.

You’ll leave the session with practical tools and fresh perspectives to apply in your own organisation or projects.
