We're bringing together the best, brightest, and bravest women in engineering who are shaping the future through collaboration and innovation. But this event is more than just a discussion—everyone becomes the speaker! We want to hear YOUR insights, experiences, and ideas.

Ahead of the event, we’re collecting insights via an anonymous pre-event survey. Your input will help shape the conversation by:

• Identifying key themes and challenges women face.
• Spotlighting empowering moments and success stories.
• Ensuring a meaningful, inclusive discussion where all voices are heard

The survey is not mandatory, but we do encourage your participation to help shape the conversation at the luncheon.

We have invited a fabulous facilitator in Andrea Hosey, IChemE Vice President of Member Engagement, a previous Chemeca Medallist and chemical engineer with over thirty years’ experience.

This event is open to all —everyone is invited to contribute to meaningful conversations that advance inclusivity and empowerment in the industry.
