Celtic Renewables is nearing the completion of its first production plant – and Scotland’s first biorefinery – at Caledon Green in Grangemouth, Scotland. Mr Tangney said that commissioning of the Scottish biorefinery was on track for the spring of next year with the arrival in recent weeks of six purpose-built 130,000-litre fermentation vessels from the Netherlands.
