Malcolm Woodman
Malcolm has over 30 years of experience (mostly with BP) in steady-state process simulation development and use; distillation modelling & troubleshooting; upstream oil and gas production optimisation; and training (both face-to-face and online). He has a PhD on the modelling of 3-phase distillation from University of Cambridge.
Lead role in commercial and technical relationships with process simulator and process engineering software vendors. Individual, company and UK professional representative on numerous world-wide industrial, vendor and professional bodies.
Former committee member of both the CAPE SG and FSPG (as they were then known). Former UK industrial representative on the EFCE Working Party on Fluid Separations. Member of the CAPE SG Working Party that produced the 1999 rewrite of 'The Use of Computers by Chemical Engineers'.
