Rhodri is a Process Design Engineer, specialising in the design of gas systems, with experience in Pilot Plant Design, Process Intensification, R&D and EPC work. Recently, they have been working on the design of hydrogen production, storage and distribution infrastructure at central and distributed sites for Green Cat Hydrogen.

Having grown up in Shetland and studying at the University of Edinburgh with an MEng in Chemical Engineering, Rhodri is passionate about the energy transition, and how this can be shaped to positively impact communities across the country. Rhodri is particularly focused on the power of collaboration to boost safety and sustainability, leading an open-source project on Scottish hydrogen supply chains called H2AuxInvest, and is excited to support IChemE’s role as a Learned Society with regards to clean energy.
