Overview

Defra published the Statutory Instrument that implements the new Medium Combustion Plant Directive (MCPD) and the domestic Specified Generator regulations in January. The Environment Agency recently issued guidance on gov.uk and are receiving permit applications now. The first tranche of permits must be issued before 2019.

This webinar will detail why we have these regulations, what combustion plant they apply to and when they must be implemented. It will also provide information on how MCPs and Specified Generators may be permitted.
