The food and beverage industry faces increasing pressure to deliver greater production flexibility, accommodate growing product portfolios and achieve ambitious sustainability targets. In this webinar, John Shehadie, Technical Director – Process Engineering, will present the process design approach adopted for Suntory Oceania’s award-winning greenfield multi-beverage manufacturing facility.

The presentation will explore how defined inputs, stakeholder objectives and capacity modelling were used to establish a consistent design basis across the project. Attendees will learn how production planning and capacity modelling informed equipment sizing, utility demand, operational flexibility and future growth provisions.

The webinar will also examine the integration of sustainability into the design process, along with how robust process modelling can support both project delivery and ongoing plant performance improvement.
