Minerva Ledezma Martínez is a Chemical Engineer with an MSc in Chemical Engineering (Process Integration) from the University of Guanajuato, Mexico, and a PhD from the University of Manchester, UK. She worked as a Senior Consultant at AspenTech, where she co-chaired the Women’s Leadership Forum (WLF), becoming the first non-U.S. global leader. As a Professor at Tecnologico de Monterrey, she bridged industry and academia. A reviewer for Industrial & Engineering Chemistry Research (I&ECR) journal. She also broke barriers as the first Latin American on the IChemE’s R&ICoP committee (UK). Recognised by the British Council’s Science Mentees program. Associate Member at IChemE since 2016.Transforming industries through cutting-edge process simulation, integration and optimisation. Championing women in STEM.
