Overview

While process manufacturing has reached high levels of automation, the challenge of yield and product quality variability seems to persist for both batch and continuous processes. This requires new optimisation approaches over traditional process control methods such as APC and MPC to deliver impactful real-time and predictive decision making. Quartic will discuss the benefits of small data, sample efficient AI optimisation, how it compares to these more traditional methods, demo how it can be used to optimise process industries, and how it enables fully autonomous manufacturing with closed-loop AI control.
