Norfalisa is a process engineer at PETRONAS with 19 years of experience in the energy industry. Her work spans LNG, refinery, and petrochemical developments, where she has supported both greenfield and brownfield projects through various stages, from early design to commissioning.

She contributes to the development and commercialisation of low-carbon technologies, including efforts in process design and testing of carbon capture systems. Norfalisa is also engaged in industry initiatives, including her participation as a committee member and awards judge with IChemE, where she supports knowledge sharing and innovation in engineering.

In addition, she actively contributes to talent development through adjunct lectures and university engagements, sharing practical insights and fostering interest in sustainable engineering among future professionals.
