Overview

Chemical dosing is a key factor in providing potable water and treating wastewater, as well in the production of food, drinks, and energy. This webinar will examine the use of life cycle analysis and carbon footprints for chemical dosing systems, designed and manufactured for the UK water industry by RSE. The presenter will also share some case studies and outline some challenges and opportunities in reaching net zero.

Speaker

Andy Louden, Design Manager, Ross-Shire Engineering

Andy Louden has spent most of his career in the design, fabrication, and construction of projects involving water - bridging, water and wastewater treatment, flood defences, and marine works. Andy's interest in the environment was awoken in 2001 and this has grown to be central to his work. Andy is a Chartered Engineer and a Chartered Water and Environment Manager.
