This session explains why Management of Change (MoC) is critical to safe and reliable operation. It introduces the key principles of MoC and highlights common weaknesses seen across the water industry. The session will:

• identify typical MoC challenges in operational settings
• show the real consequences of poorly managed change
• share practical self-assessment, audit and troubleshooting checklists for use.
