Professor Fiona Macleod (CEng, FIChemE) has extensive operational experience in high hazard industries, teaches on the Master’s program in Process Safety and Loss Prevention at the University of Sheffield and is chair of the IChemE Loss Prevention Bulletin editorial panel.
