Andy Brazier

Andy has worked as a process safety risk consultant specialising in human factors for over 20 years. With experience of working in oil, gas, chemical and power companies, he has a solid understanding of the risks that impact on businesses across the major hazard sectors.

Roger Casey

Roger is a senior consultant with responsibility for the process safety/major hazards side of the business at Cantwell Keogh & Associates, with 25 years experience in the process safety field.

Bruno Fabiano

Bruno is an Associate Professor in reliability, safety and risk management at the University of Genoa.

Geoff Gill

Geoff has extensive experience of the nuclear industry and has spent much of his career leading a team of safety assessors, who prepared safety cases for the Springfields plants.

Zsuzsanna Gyenes

Dr Zsuzsanna Gyenes is a Senior Process Safety Expert with extensive experience in training CEO’s of high hazard industrial sites on Process Safety Leadership and Culture, implementing tools and overseeing Process Safety Management systems for industrial sites, reviewing safety reports, advising on risk reduction and performing on-site inspections. Currently being involved in Disaster Risk Knowledge Management, resilience goals and building scenarios for multi-hazard risk assessments.

Andrea Longley

Andrea works at the Chemical Industries Association as a Responsible Care Executive, having previously worked for 19 years at Dow Corning, initially in commissioning and manufacturing and later in the EHS Department.

Ken Patterson

Ken has over 20 year's senior HSE management roles in the chemical industry and prior to that was a Specialist Inspector with the UK Health & Safety Executive.

John Riddick

John is the Director of Caldbeck Process Safety Inc., a consultancy based out of Calgary, and prior to that held over 30 years experience in strategic and operational HSE management.

Doug Scott

Doug has over 30 years in the insurance industry involved in risk assessments and claims investigations for the offshore and onshore oil upstream oil industry.

Roger Stokes

Roger joined Baker Risk in 2015, having previously spent 10 years at ICI and over 20 years with a firm of Loss Adjusters. His current work is focused on PSM, PHA, incident investigations and insurance risk engineering.

Ivan Vince

Over the last 30 years, Ivan has focused his consultancy, teaching and research on process safety and related matters, including major accidents to the environment. He is a specialist on combustion generated pollution and flammability limits.
