IChemE's accident database was developed in 1997 and contained over 10,500 entries, the last entry was made in 2000.
The database is no longer available for purchase, but you can now download the data as PDF for free.
IChemE does not warrant the accuracy of the data and has no intention of verifying or updating the information. There are several credible accident databases available from other sources for more up-to-date and accurate information.
