One Plus is a new and currently unique experience serving traditional Chinese ‘Hot Pot’ meals cooked in individual broth pots and served with self-made dipping sauces. The restaurant has an informal atmosphere encouraging diners to stand up, walk around, and mix in conversation so it should be a very pleasant start to the bank holiday weekend. One Plus is located on Charles street, near the old BBC site. It is conveniently served by public transport in to the city centre or the adjacent Charles St carpark (old UMIST campus) which is secure and reasonably priced. Postcode is M1 7DB.

We have reserved 25 places. A deposit of £5.00 per place will be taken by the IChemE booking system. This will be deducted from the cost of the meal. Payment for the meals is individual based on the number and colour of plates eaten (like Yo Sushi) by card or cash.
