Associate Professor Andrew Hoadley teaches chemical engineering design at Monash University. He specialises in Process Integration, Process simulation and optimisation and methods to quantify and improve the sustainability of chemical processes.
He was the department leader of Design Education and the Final Year Design Project coordinator for 16 years. Before joining Monash he worked as a design engineer on various hydrocarbon projects and as a research engineer in the aluminium industry. His bachelor degree is from the University of Melbourne and his PhD is from the University of Cambridge, UK.
