Fluid Mixing Processes
IChemE’s Fluid Mixing Processes Special Interest Group provides an international forum for the technical and professional development of fluid mixing for industrial practitioners, academics and students.
The Fluid Mixing Processes Special Interest Group is concerned with mixing phenomena in which at least one component is a liquid. Activities include:
- regular information discussion meetings on fluid mixing problems
- promotion of contact between practising and university research workers, to stimulate the application of academic research results in industry and to encourage academic research programmes which take account of industrial problems
- close liaison with the European Federation of Chemical Engineering Working Party on Fluid Mixing.
IChemE's special interest groups are led by dedicated member volunteers. If you would like to be involved in the launch of this new technical networking community, then please contact Special Interest Groups with details about yourself and how you can help.
