1. answer all the three Fellow experience questions
2. organisation charts covering all important positions
3. an up-to-date CV highlighting all aspects of your career relevant to chemical engineering
4. two Fellow Referee Reports – referees should ideally be current IChemE Fellows. If you cannot find two IChemE Fellows, one of your referees can be a Fellow with CEng registration via another Professional Engineering Institution. See Fellow application guidance for more details.
5. payment details (credit/debit card and PayPal*).
