Phillippa Dalby is a Programme Manager at STEM Returners, an organisation dedicated to supporting professionals returning to STEM careers after a break of any length.

She plays a key role in delivering structured 12-week paid returner programmes that connect highly skilled professionals with STEM organisations, including BAE Systems, EDF and Leonardo UK.

Across the UK, STEM Returners has supported more than 650 professionals back into STEM careers, with 96% securing permanent roles after completing their placements.
