Surabhi Mishra is Head of Process Engineering at Kedrion Biopharma in Elstree, where she leads multidisciplinary teams delivering engineering and automation solutions in a highly regulated pharmaceutical environment. Over the past eight years, she has led high-performing teams through growth and transformation, driving operational excellence and innovation. With over 25 years’ experience, she has built deep expertise across process engineering, R&D, and pilot plant operations. She began her career at Fine Organics and spent 14 years at GSK focusing on process development and scale-up in their Chemistry Pilot Plant. She holds an MEng in Chemical Engineering and an MBA from London Business School. She is a Chartered Chemical Engineer and IChemE Fellow and serves on the Industry Board at London South Bank University and London Business School.
