Cleo Parker, Graduate Process Engineer, bp

Cleo is currently working offshore in the North Sea. In 2023, she graduated with a first class MEng Chemical Engineering degree from the University of Birmingham and is now the Vice Chair of the IChemE National Early Careers Group. Cleo recently judged at the IChemE’s YEAIS awards and loves giving back to the engineering community through her volunteering as a STEM ambassador.

Ian Stewart, Senior Regional Engagement Manager, IChemE

Ian has extensive experience in membership organisations and the not-for-profit sector, with a passion for building meaningful connections and supporting professional development. He specialises in engaging early-career members, delivering impactful events, and driving membership growth. Ian is excited to share insights from his work and support others on their membership journey with IChemE.
