The current job market is a tough environment for young people looking for their first role, reduced vacancies, high competition, an interview process that is notoriously influenced by basic psychological factors. So, to give yourself the best chance this session will equip you with interview skills to achieve positive outcomes.

The session will provide advice, hints and tips about the hiring and interview process and it will include the following elements: the current job market, interview types and techniques, and interview preparation.

Lee Knowles, Owner and Director, Adepto Technical Recruitment Ltd

Entering the recruitment sector in 1997, Lee progressed to directorship of UK operations for one of the largest engineering staffing companies in the world before jointly founding Adepto Technical Recruitment in 2015. Lee has specialised in the recruitment of chemical engineers throughout his career across a wide spectrum of industry sectors.
