Milton is a chemical engineer from the University of Buenos Aires and became a Chartered Member with IChemE and the Engineering Council in November 2017. He holds a postgraduate degree in career of specialisation in oil projects from the Institute of the Oil and Gas at the University of Buenos Aires.

With more than 15 years of experience as a process engineer in EPC projects in the oil and gas sector, he has been working since 2013 in projects of cryogenic and petrochemicals terminals and gas treatment units across different engineering stages (conceptual, FEED studies, basic engineering, detail engineering, commissioning, performance tests). Milton currently works as a consultant engineer for the oil and gas, cryogenics and waste to energy sectors.

Milton has been collaborating with the North West committee since 2016.
