Overview

Limestone is a sedimentary rock made of calcium carbonate (CaCO3), usually in the form of calcite or aragonite. It may contain considerable amounts of magnesium carbonate (dolomite) as well. However, minor constituents of clay, iron carbonate, feldspar, pyrite, and quartz are also commonly present. In many cases, the grains are microscopic fragments of fossil animal shells.

In our daily lives, we can easily see how useful lime and limestone. From the moment we wake up in the morning until we go to bed at night. For example, when we eat and drink, glasses and plates require limestone in the manufacturing process. When we go to the bathroom to clean our teeth or shower, the soap and toothpaste we use also contain limestone. When we want to paint a house, the paint is also made with limestone content. In short, our life definitely cannot live without limestone. We will discuss the geological exploration, mining operation and also mineral processing for mineral industrialization.

Exposure on across industry and multinational company had contribute for creating sharp analytical thinking to execute work task in operation/management level.
