Overview
Emotional Intelligence (EI) is essential in the workplace as it allows us to communicate with empathy, manage emotions under pressure, and collaborate effectively. Such attributes are key to creating a positive work culture and improving the overall team performance.
In this webinar, Mike Hood, an experienced HR director specialising in people management and development, will explore the critical role of EI in today’s workplace and explain what EI looks like in practice, highlighting how self‑awareness, empathy, and effective communication can drive stronger teamwork and leadership. By the end of the session, participants will understand how to recognise gaps in teams and gain practical strategies to develop their own EQ.
