Overview

New Design-Ops for Process Manufacturing automation systems to streamline workflows. This involves using digitised engineering data such as DEXPI intelligent P&IDs to automate collaborative design and do PLC/DCS code generation plus give you a contextualised data foundation for industrial operations. The key elements are:

Collaborative Design Specifications: A transparent and collaborative environment to translate production processes into control system design specifications. Following S95 concepts and with support for sequential processes.

Code Generation: Model and Template-based code generation of 80% of the PLC logic. Support for shared template libraries in public or private GitHub repositories.

Production -Deploy and Monitor: Automated deployment to test, staging and production. Full logging and monitoring of the process events and transitions against the original design specifications.

So Acceleer automatically detects the equipment and populates the control module tables. From there they use them in designing the S88 phases (sequential control), and then to generate all the PLC code and HMI/SCADA information (for Rockwell, Siemens, Beckhoff, etc).

Speaker
