Rüdiger joined Konektio as Chief Revenue Officer with over 20 years' experience and a proven track record of leading and developing global organisations. Prior to joining Konektio, Stern was President of FACTON Inc and member of the global Executive team at FACTON GmbH. Prior to FACTON, Stern held a regional leadership role at Accenture and brings over a decade of experience leading digital transformation projects for industrial clients.

Rüdiger has a Engineering Degree in Applied Physics from Hochschule für Technik und Wirtschaft Berlin.
