The UK Health and Safety Executive (HSE) has opened a consultation exploring proposals for legislative changes in relation to:

• CCUS operations offshore and in pipelines
• offshore production of hydrogen
• arrangements for the transport of HSE inspectors to offshore wind facilities

An Options Assessment including early cost benefit analysis has also been produced to inform the consultation.
