A brief introduction to the suite of IChemE contracts that are specifically published for the design, construction and commissioning of performance based process plants in the chemical, bio-chemical and related industries. The webinar is aimed at introducing the various types of contract available, their application, general structure and contents. It will also cover the various rules for dispute resolution.

Member of IChemE Contracts Committee for over 35 years and appointed as Chair in 2014. The Contracts Committee is wholly responsible to the Council of IChemE for the Forms of Contract developed and published by IChemE which are primarily intended for use in the process industries and related sectors in the UK and internationally. The choice, content, risk allocation, layout, style and frequency of revision is the responsibility of the Committee based on its members professional judgement and experience.
