Steve has been working in the water industry for 26 years and is currently Head of Water Quality at Wessex Water, where his team help the water supply to 1.4 million customers both wholesome and plentiful.

In his previous stint at Thames Water he worked in both operational and Innovation teams, obtaining a PhD in slow sand filtration.
