When can I book my place?

You can book your place at the Hydrogen Innovation and Technology Conference now. More information can be found here.

Will I receive copies of the slides/papers presented at the Hydrogen Innovation and Technology Conference?

Yes, you will be able to download copies of the presentation slides and the full papers (if available) as valuable reference points after the event. Please note that this is subject to authors providing the relevant permissions.

We will also be making videos of the presentations available after the event, allowing you to catch up on anything you missed or revisit content you found interesting.

Can you help with booking accommodation in Manchester?

You are responsible for booking your own accommodation in Manchester. More details are available on the Venue, accommodation and travel page.

Presenting

Are there opportunities to present at Hydrogen Innovation and Technology Conference?

Yes, the call for content is open and we are asking anyone interested to consider submitting an abstract. Find out more here.

Do I need to be an IChemE member to present?

Absolutely not. We encourage members and non-members alike to get involved.

What is expected of a presenter before and during the conference?

Presenters will be given a 25-minute presentation slot in the programme which includes at least five minutes for questions. They are also expected to join the facilitated discussion time relevant to their presentation.

Presenters will be asked to submit a video recording of their presentation along with their PowerPoint slides before the conference. They are also strongly encouraged to submit a detailed paper for the conference proceedings, although this is not an essential requirement.

Do presenters have to pay to attend?

Presenters will have full access to the conference so are expected to pay to attend. They will however benefit from a significantly discounted author rate.​ Conference fees can be found on the Fees and registration page
