Overview
In chemical engineering, progress often means change – new technologies, new regulations, new ways of working. Yet even the best strategies falter if people aren’t brought along. Successful leaders don’t just manage change; they inspire it.
This session is designed for managers and executives who want to turn disruption into opportunity. We will explore:
- why resistance to change is natural – and how to overcome it
- the leader’s role in shaping vision, trust, and momentum
- practical strategies for guiding teams through uncertainty
- building resilience and adaptability into organisational culture.
Change isn’t an obstacle – it’s an accelerator. When you lead change effectively, you don’t just react to the future, you shape it.
This webinar is part of a series with the Chartered Management Institute (CMI), the only body that can award Chartered Manager status, the highest accolade for leaders. For over 75 years, CMI has inspired and equipped managers to grow into confident, successful leaders, shaping the future of modern management.
