Overview

AI isn’t just changing chemical engineering, it’s redefining the rules of the game.

From smarter plants and predictive analytics to accelerating R&D breakthroughs, the opportunities are massive. But here’s the catch: technology alone doesn’t create success, leadership does.

This high-impact session is designed for managers and executives who want to move beyond buzzwords and harness AI for real business value. We’ll cut through the hype and focus on what matters most for leaders in chemical engineering:

  • driving ROI from AI investments with clear strategic direction
  • leading people through change - from plant operators to R&D scientists
  • balancing innovation with risk, safety, and compliance in a regulated industry
  • building future-ready teams that embrace AI as a driver of growth, not a threat.

AI gives you the tools. Leadership turns them into results.

Don’t just watch the future unfold, lead it.
