Discover chemical engineering and study at a university in New Zealand

Chemical engineers play a pivotal role in how we live, working across every industry, right across the globe, but what do high school students know about this important career path?

IChemE in New Zealand invited high school students and teachers to join in on a 45-minute Discover Chemical Engineering webinar. An opportunity for high school students (year 10, 11 and 12) and teachers (especially those in STEM or providing career advice) to find out more about chemical engineering.

This unique webinar was a collaborative effort brought to you by Engineering New Zealand (ENZ), the Institution of Chemical Engineers (IChemE), and New Zealand’s three chemical engineering departments, from the University of Canterbury, University of Auckland, and University of Waikato.

With presentations from university alumni talking to students about their university experience and where they are now upon graduating.
