Join the Aberdeen Members Group for an afternoon workshop sponsored by AspenTech on Process Simulation; Optimising in the Asset Lifecycle.
How can simulation be used to optimise and add-value to the lifecycle of a project? Industry experts will use case studies to demonstrate how they have added value from concept through design, operations and decommissioning.

Scott Smith – Genesis, Julien Cazenave – AspenTech, Dave Harrison – Xodus Group: Case study using the Aspentech Custom Modeller Package
Scott's presentation will outline the key phases in the lifecycle of a project that Process Simulation can be used to optimise and add value to the overall development. Examples of the benefits will be presented through case studies outlining how these benefits can be realised.
This overview will then lead into a presentation from Aspentech on their software solutions that will help projects realise benefits, in addition to Hysys.
The final presentation by Dave will present a case study on an application of Process simulation software adding value in the decommissioning phase.
