Overview

Steady progress has been made to reduce workplace injuries since the introduction of the Health and Safety at Work Act in 1974, however work-related mental injuries are high and show no sign of improvement. This presentation explores mental safety and the need to apply similar systems to its management from the ones that have delivered a gradual improvement in physical safety.
