Billy is a Chartered Engineer (FIChemE) with extensive experience in the chemical and gas industries since graduating from the University of Wales, UK, in 1987. In his current role, he provides technical leadership in the innovation, design, and safety of gas processes and storage. 

Billy serves as IChemE’s lead interviewer and contributes to technical committees ME02 and ME93, developing Australian and ISO standards for gas cylinders and hydrogen. Passionate about advancing the profession, he is dedicated to promoting chemical engineering in society.
