The presenter has been involved with the IChemE COVID-19 response project. COVID-19 has brought about the most significant jolt to the way we live our lives and in some cases, claimed lives, including some we know of people in Teesside.

The work of the IChemE COVID-19 response project will be outlined including the difficulties faced. The local PHE infection data will be shared, educating views on how much of our lives can return to the "new normal" and help to define what that phrase means. It is all about risks and benefits, bread and butter to Chemical Engineers.
