Arvind Kalipersad possesses over seventeen (17) years of experience in the oil and gas sector and holds an M.Sc. in Chemical and Process Engineering from the University of the West Indies, St. Augustine.

Arvind is versed in the leadership of multi-disciplined teams during brownfield projects, as well as execution of Process Engineering analyses for conceptual studies, Front-End Engineering Design (FEED) and Detailed Engineering projects. His design engineering experience includes tenures at Worley and BP Trinidad and Tobago, where he held the positions of Principal Process Engineer and Discipline Process Engineer, respectively, on a range of projects in both the upstream and downstream/LNG sectors.

Arvind is also experienced in the optimisation and troubleshooting of process plants, having supported Operations teams at offshore and onshore production facilities, terminals, and refinery units (Naphtha processing, Isomerisation, Hydrotreaters, fractionation trains and water treatment). Lastly, he is also knowledgeable in the management and delivery of CAPEX projects, including oversight of Engineering, Procurement Construction Management (EPCM) teams, along with the management and optimisation of cost and schedule(s), having led key process safety-driven projects during his time at Atlantic LNG.

When not focused on delivery within the energy sector, Arvind spends his time on his passion for all things automotive - from performance cars to automotive detailing.
