Leiu Yu Xuan is currently a final-year chemical engineering student at Xiamen University Malaysia (XMUM).

She served the XMUM IChemE Student Chapter as the President in the 2021/2022 term with prior experience as the Vice Secretary of the Student Chapter in 2020.

Her research interests include the development of ternary sulfide-based nanomaterials for solar-to-hydrogen conversion and plastic waste reformation.
